We manage the entire business process including production, marketing, sales, and logistics so artist can focus solely on your art.

+ How do I apply to exhibit my artwork at ARTON?

+ Who can I apply to become an ARTON artist?

We welcome applications from all talented artists, regardless of style or location.

+ Are there any geographic or practical requirements?

Currently, to complete the application and receive payments, artists must have a Malaysian bank account. We are actively working to expand our payment options to include more countries.

+ What does the application entail?

The application is quick and simple (10–15 minutes). It requires your contact info, payment details, and artistic background. Our team will review it and contact you on WhatsApp within 3 business days. After confirmation, you can upload your first artwork.

+ Is there any setup fee or production cost?

There is no setup or hidden charge. At ARTON we only share-profits when your art-based product sells meaning you earn from every order, with zero cost zero inventory.

+ How many artworks do I need to submit to get started?

We require a minimum of 5 original artworks to set up your dedicated artist page. The submission process itself is simple and takes about 10-15 minutes.

+ Can I submit handmade or physical artwork?

We accept both digital and physical artwork. However, all work must be submitted as a high-quality digital file. Learn more from our designing guide

+ Why can I only submit one artwork per form?

To ensure each piece gets the attention it deserves! We require a unique “Artist’s Story” for every submission.

This story (about your inspiration and creative process) is crucial for helping audience connect with your work on a deeper level. A separate form helps us keep your story and artwork perfectly paired.

+ Can I choose which products my artwork is featured on?

Yes, absolutely. The choice is entirely yours. You can select the specific products (like canvases, tote bag, phone cases, or apparel) from our catalog that you feel best suit your art.

After your selection, our production team conducts a technical review. If we foresee any issues with how your artwork scales or fits a particular product, we will contact you to discuss the best solution—whether it's adjusting the artwork layout or recommending a more suitable alternative—to ensure the final product meets our quality standards.

+ What styles of artwork do you accept?

We welcome diverse artistic styles and believe every creator deserves an audience. We are open to a wide range of art, from illustration and photography to painting and digital art.

To maintain a safe and respectful community for everyone, we do not accept content that features or promotes:

  • Hate & Discrimination: Racism, sexism, religious intolerance, or any form of hate speech.
  • Explicit Material: Nudity, sexually explicit content, or graphic pornography.
  • Violence & Harm: Glorification of violence, self-harm, or cruelty.
  • Illegality & Infringement: Content that violates laws or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Dangerous Activities: Promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or harmful activities.

We reserve the right to reject any submission that violates these guidelines.

+ What is the ARTON Creator Profit-Sharing scheme?

This is ARTON’s core revenue model designed for artists. For every product sold featuring your design, you earn 30% of the sale price as your royalty.

For example: Tee shirt selling price RM89, your artist's profit RM26.7 (30% of selling price)

  • Zero risk, pure profit: You bear no upfront, inventory, or production costs.
  • Continuous earnings: You earn with every sale, which encourages you to upload your best, most merchandise-ready work.
  • On-demand & sustainable: We only produce an item after it is sold, eliminating overproduction and waste common in traditional retail.
+ How will you market my art?

At ARTON, we focus on creating multiple pathways for your art to be discovered.

  • Platform Exposure: Your work is actively presented through our curated collections, on the platform homepage, and in our marketing channels.
  • Community Growth: We are building our brand and audience through social media and content marketing. As our community expands, your work gains exposure to a growing pool of potential buyers.
  • Emerging Opportunities: We actively seek and facilitate special projects, collaborations, and press features. Artists whose work resonates strongly are our priority for these emerging opportunities.
+ How long has ARTON been in business?

ARTON is a new initiative built on a strong foundation. Our team has over 15 years of combined expertise in the printing and design industry, which we leverage to ensure quality and reliability for our artists from day one.

+ Where is ARTON based?

We are locate in Johor bahru, Malaysia.

+ If I list my artwork on ARTON, can I still sell the original elsewhere?

Absolutely. You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your work. ARTON’s license is non-exclusive, so you are free to sell your original artwork anywhere, at any time.

+ What happens when my art-based product sells?

Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of our payment process:

  1. Earn Your profit: For every art-based product sold, you earn a 30% a of its sale price.
  2. Monthly Calculation & Cycle: Your earnings are calculated monthly. Our billing cycle runs from the 11th of one month to the 10th of the next.
  3. Payment Processing: We process all payments between the 15th and the 20th of the month following the sales cycle.
  4. Minimum Payout & Report: You will receive your payment once your account balance reaches the minimum threshold of RM100. A detailed sales report will be sent along with your payment.
+ Can international customers purchase my products on ARTON?

Yes, but currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We are actively working to expand our delivery services to more countries in the future.

+ Who owns the rights to my artwork once it is listed on ARTON?

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your original artwork. Listing on ARTON grants us a non-exclusive license to sell it as merchandise, but the rights remain yours.

You can request to delist your artwork at any time. To ensure a smooth customer experience, the delisting will be processed after we have delivered any pending orders that were placed before your request.

+ Will ARTON influence my creative direction?

No. ARTON does not interfere with artistic creation or impose market-driven directions.

+ Do I need to participate in marketing or promotion?

No. Participation in promotion is optional and does not affect the collaboration.

+ What kind of relationship does ARTON seek with artists?

A long-term collaboration built on respect for creative practice, without exploitation.

Some pieces are limited editions, while others are ongoing collections. Edition details are clearly stated on each product page.

+ How are the products made?

ARTON manages the entire production process, including material selection, printing, and quality control, ensuring the integrity of the original artwork is preserved.

+ Will the actual product match the on-screen colors exactly?

Due to screen display differences, slight color variations may occur. We strive to reproduce the artwork as faithfully as possible through careful color calibration.

+ Are ARTON products suitable as gifts?

Yes. Many customers choose ARTON as a meaningful gift that goes beyond conventional options.

+ How long does delivery take?

Most items are made to order. Estimated production and delivery times are clearly stated on the product page.

We only accept exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

  • Condition: You must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the issue.
  • Policy: Due to the custom-made nature of our art-based products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variations unrelated to manufacturing defects
